You may request a refund up until team acceptances. If the Tournament is canceled due to inclement weather prior to the start of competition, teams will be issued partial refunds as determined by the Tournament Director after a reasonable amount has been deducted for incurred tournament costs. Tournament refunds will not exceed 50% of the entry fee. Once play has begun, if inclement weather forces the cancellation of the tournament then refunds will not exceed 25% of the entry fee.
